As of the 24th of July I am officially in the National Academy of Sports Medicine program to become a certified personal trainer! I cannot begin to explain how excited I am. As I go through my course I will need guinea pigs to use as case studies, so if you any of you out there in blogger world want to lose weight and get in shape, let me know.
